Our MOQs begin at 10k units per flavor for powdered products.
Many variables influence the cost of creating a product or custom formula, including volume, flavoring type (naturally flavored vs N&A flavoring), packaging, and number of servings per container. Also, addressing claims such as Gluten Free or Non-GMO can play a role in the cost of development.Formulife develops products and formulas from $4 – $30 per unit, with an average of $12 per unit. Keep in mind that these figures do not include the cost of labels, shipping of finished products, insurance, marketing, and other costs outside of Formulife production.
We primarily work with HDPE and PET bottles in a variety of sizes and shapes. In addition, we have the capability to run glass packaging, stick packs, sachets, gusseted bags, and even single serving multipacks.Custom packaging is always an option, though custom packaging MOQs are higher and are set by the packaging supplier. If you’re considering that route, note that we often have our customers supply custom packaging.
Lead times are a function of raw material and production line availability. The level of customization desired, including but not limited to unique packaging, sourceability of materials, and logistics, will have an impact on any lead time. We have proven success with our customer and vendor relationships which allow us to get your project across the finish line with diligence. After Finished Product Testing is performed inside our ISO 17025 Certified laboratory, finished goods typically ship 7-10 business days later.
